Refunds, exchanges & our guarantee


Refund Policy

We put care into your purchases and hope you are truly happy with your items. If you are unsatisfied please Contact us at charliemayfarm@gmail.com before returning any product. 

Non returnable items include:

  1. any perishable items including fresh flowers, plants, seeds. CMF is not responsible for poor growth or failed growth of plants due to many factors for caring for your plant. Fresh cut flowers are very delicate and require attention and care. Due to many factors involved in the care flowers CMF is not responsible for the lifespan of the bouquet.

  2. custom made items cannot be returned as they have been personalized.

We will notify you once we have reviewed your return and will let you know if a refund will be approved. 

We are not responsible for the product if it is shipped by a third party like Canada Post. Please make any claims to Canada Post if it’s due to shipping damage.


Exchanges

We would be happy to exchange any product as long as it is non-perishable and has not been customized. Shipping will be charged for exchanged items if the product was shipped or needs to be shipped. 

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and will be valid as long as our farm is in business.
