    Create a one-of-a-kind dried flower wreath that will last for years to come for you to enjoy in your home. You will be guided on how to create a wreath using all the flowers we have dried from our farm to create a wreath in the perfect colour scheme and textures to compliment your home.

  • Grow Your Own Cut Flower Garden

    Our annual workshop is back! Let’s get our hands in the dirt!! If you have a space in your garden and have been wanting to get started on learning how to grow your own cut flowers from seed. This is the workshop for you. You will go home with the knowledge and steps to grow your own flowers and have a tray full of freshly sown seeds to grow and transplant into your own space.

  • The Kitchen Garden

    Join us for an evening learning about raised garden bed growing. I will walk you through the process of how we built our own garden with thoughts on sizes and spacing. We also walk you through the garden to show you how we intercrop herbs, flowers and native perennials to incorporate into your garden to help deter pests and attract pollinators.

    Attendees will get a code to download our How to Build A Raised Garden Bed Booklet which walks you through the steps to creating 4×8 or 4×4 beds like ours.

  • Fresh Floral Table Arrangement with Peonies

    Let’s get a chance to get your hands on some early summer blooms, like peonies, sweet peas, snapdragons and learn the art of creating a centerpiece using sustainable materials so you can easily reuse the techniques taught in this class to make your own designs over again. We walk you through the process of layering elements to create the desired shape you want so you learn to design a centerpiece with intentional style and shape

  • Fresh Foraged Wreath

    In this class we will begin by taking a stroll through the farm gardens and trails foraging fresh blooms and greenery to create a beautiful seasonal wreath to enjoy on your front door for the season. We will also provide extra dried flowers from our collection to help bring longevity to your wreath as it dries and takes shape. Flowers and greenery will change depending on the season and what’s in bloom.

  • Hand Tied Bouquet

    Stroll through our cut flower garden and farm to collect your favorite colour palette and blooms to create your own hand tied bouquet. We will teach you about the key ingredients to have in a bouquet to create a beautiful garden inspired bouquet and show you the steps to build a bouquet with key layers to create natural loose garden inspired shape to your bouquets.

  • Hand Tied Bouquet with Featured Dahlias from Prairie Grove Acres

    Join us on the farm where you will get a beautiful assortment of Dahlias from Heather at Prairie Grove Acres which you will then be guided on picking flowers from the garden to accent the dahlias to create a beautiful garden inspired hand tied bouquet. Dahlias are the perfect event flower for locally grown bridal bouquets and we want to show you how to feature them in your bouquet!

  • Dahlia Table Arrangement at Prairie Grove Acres

    We are heading over to visit Heather at Prairie Grove Acres where we will be immersed in the Dahlias! All attendees will be provided a bucket of cut flowers from Charlie May Farm. You can then stroll through the dahlias and find some beauties to cut to create a beautiful colour scheme for your arrangement. You will then be guided on the art of arranging a beautiful centerpiece using sustainable products to take home so you can make more designs over again.

  • Fresh Flower Table Arrangement

    You will first go for a stroll through the cut flower garden to collect blooms to create your lovely arrangement. We will teach you the key floral layers to building a beautiful table arrangements with intention using sustainable materials you can reuse over and over again to give you the ability to create your own gorgeous arrangements at home.

  • Pumpkin Dried Flower Bouquet Bar

    BRING YOUR OWN CARVED pumpkin and we will have the rest for you to design a Dried Flower Pumpkin Arrangement. Please ensure Pumpkins are at least 7 inches deep with a hole carved at the top at least 4 ½ inches wide.

  • Besoms and Blooms

    Coming Fall 2026

    Listen up witches.. Do you have your brooms ready to for Halloween? If not then join us for a fun class decorating your broomsticks so you will be ready to take flight! Besoms will last years if kept out of direct sunlight and out of outdoor elements like rain. It’s a gorgeous decoration for your home over the fall months to sit at your front door or on a front porch along with all your fall decorations.

  • Deluxe Winter Wreath Workshop at the Farm

    Classes Available Thursday at 7pm for the Whole Month of November

    Create your own Winter Wreath with fresh greenery foraged from the farm and access to all the dried flowers we have grown over the summer. You will also be able to choose ingredients to make it your own including dried oranges, pinecones, bells and ribbon. You will have the choice to design a full wreath on a wire form or on an 18 inch grapevine wreath if you like the look of the grapevines exposed partially. Wreaths will last all winter long.
