How Locally Grown Flowers Impacts Mother Earth
Less Chemicals
Did you know imported flowers are exposed to HUNDREDS of chemicals?!
Many of these chemicals are banned here in Canada, but you are exposed to them when you bring them into your home.
Flowers grown locally here on our farm are chemical free.
Simple, clean, gorgeous flowers you can enjoy in your home.
Our dried flowers are also dried naturally without use of any chemicals or dyes in the drying process.
Less Carbon
Imported flowers are well….. imported. The flowers being imported travel thousands of miles and under refrigeration to reach you.
The majority of our flowers are picked fresh and in your in hands in less than 24 hours under no refrigeration.
Safe Habitat for Pollinators
When flowers are grown without chemicals and supported with healthy soil stewardship this naturally creates a safe habitat for our important pollinators.
At our farm we are continually growing more perennials and looking for native plants to provide a safe haven for all those wonderful pollinators and birds.
